Pushkar’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was in Romania where he set up European operations and headed the effort for 8 years growing the entity from 1 to 120 people focusing on Research and Data Analytics. Pushkar also helped expand in the Nordics market doubling revenues in 15 months.
With a passion for Numbers, Math and Business, Pushkar founded InflectionPoint with the aim of leveraging data science to help business make sense of data and to make better informed decisions.
Remus has 10+ years of experience in the field of Data&Analytics consultancy and management, spent into international business environment. As a result, he is familiarized with a wide spectrum of Data Science solutions and managed large teams of data analysts & scientists, including remote multicultural teams. The list of beneficiaries he worked for as end-clients, leading data & analytics projects, in most of the cases being on client’s sites in UK, US, India, Singapore and EU Nordics, includes large global companies from various industries: manufacturing of consumer goods, retail, logistics, law, telecom, airports, consultancy, energy and real estate.
As a core consultancy he is supporting my clients with, Remus is managing the transformation of data&analytics solutions, from the stage of conceptual design, passing through proof of concept stage, ’till large scale implementation phase. He also advises my clients about the dependencies of such solutions like staffing and skills architecture and costs, but also about how to get returns on investments made into data&analytics solutions.
With a specific passion for helping people and developing his soft and hard skills, Radu participated in a wide range of events and projects as a volunteer or organiser. Such examples are: TEDxBrașov, TEDxEroilor, Electric Castle, GROW Brașov, Dracula Film Festival and others. As a result, he developed several skills and passions that lead him to this carreer.
After enrolling into the Digital Media Bachelor Degree, Radu became an active volunteer in OSUBB (Babeș-Bolyai University’s Students Organisation). He activated in the Image and PR department. Also, he participated in the Google’s “Atelierul Digital” Academy and got the Google’s digital certificates. All in all, these experiences offered him the proper expertise to work in this domain, as he is now the one responsible for the Digital Marketing and the Graphic Design of Inflection Point EU.
In her previous work experience, she was able to interact whith people and learn more about their needs. The most valuable human-oriented experience was accumulated by volunteering. This experience gives her advantage to understand better the clients needs and find a better solution.
